What is meant by positive thinking ?



It is increasingly common to hear people say: “Think positive!” to a person wich is sad and worried. Unfortunately, many people do not take seriously this urge. How many people do you know who sit and reflect on positive thinking and meaning of it?

successful people will tell you that they got where they are now because they made a lifestyle around positive thinking. A person that faces life with a positive attitude will always be more successful in life both professionally and personally, than a person that can not take control of his thoughts.

Positive thinking is a mental attitude in wich you expect good and favorable results. In other words, positive thinking is the process of creating thoughts that create and transform energy into reality. A positive mind waits for happiness, health and a happy ending in any situation.

Positive thinking doesn't mean that you live in a world of rainbows and unicorns, where you ignore life's less pleasant situations. Positive thinking means that you respond to uncomfortable or unpleasant situations in a more positive and optimistic way.

Our mind is our greatest tool and ally or opponent when it comes to achieving our success goals. We all have a constant flow of thoughts in our mind, which is basically the self- talk that runs our lives.

Positive thinking is a mental and emotional attitude of expecting good and favorable results, and not getting discouraged when plans do not proceed as expected. It means trying over again and not accepting defeat.

It is an attitude of focusing on the good and positive in a situation, and not on the negative. With this frame of mind, you don’t accept defeat, and do not allow anything negative to affect your mood and state of mind.

A positive thinking person focuses more on the good in people, not on the bad.

Positive thinking means optimism and positive attitude. It means looking forward and envisioning a better and happier life, and not being daunted by obstacles, problems or delays.

A person with a positive mindset would encourage and motivate people, and try to motivate them and make them feel good.

If the majority of our thoughts are negative, it means that our outlook on life is more pessimistic. On the other hand, if our predominant thoughts are positive, we are optimistics. The good news is if you think you're not that optimistic, positive thinking skills can be learned!


Positive thinking is the idea that you can change your life by thinking positively about things.

This idea can sound a bit soft and fluffy, which is something of a problem for many people who recognise that just thinking good thoughts won’t change the world and therefore discard the whole idea.

However, research shows that positive thinking really does have a scientific basis. You can’t change the world, but you can change how you perceive it and how you react to it. And that can change the way that you feel about yourself and others, which can in turn have a huge effect on your well-being.

Thinking positive is one of the most important things you need to practice throughout your life. It is a way of living and a technique that you need to incorporate into your daily life if you have any intentions of changing things or accomplishing your goals. It is also a way to use your mind to reverse the damaging effects of negative thinking

With this frame of mind, you think good, negative thinking dwells on the problems and obstacles.
